Foxtons’ property manager, Peter Mulligan-Cant, will be pleased to deal with any issues you may have while you are living in Sheldon House, whether to do with your flat or your tenancy agreement.

-State of the art maintenance reporting with built in advice on basic maintenance issues, which may help resolve the matter straight away, and an easy interface allowing for photos and videos of the issue to be uploaded straight away
- A dedicated point of contact but access to a wider team for any issues during your tenancy
-Access to a 24/7 emergency helpline
-It is the tenants responsibility to set up an ISTA account for heating and hot water bills. If you have any problem with your bill you can contact Peter.
